So me….. I moved to BC 10 years ago. I work full time (standard office hours) as a government employee, 85k per year (5k per month after taxes etc). Originally educated and trained as an Economist, however my role is more sensitive.

What I am hoping to find: a roommate or shared housing that costs less than 1400 per month.

What I can offer on top of rent/additional consideration: I LOVE to clean, organize, fix things, and I am quite handy. I am very quiet, patient, neat and respectful.
