Hello! I’m looking for a roomate, If someone is looking as well we could team up and find a place or if someone already has a place maybe it could work. I am looking for a place close to the university (anything pretty close to a train station in the NW works great as well). preferably with utilities included ( I can do up to 600 a month). I’m available starting January 1st

A couple things about me, I work part-time at a save-on-foods so I can definitely get us 10% (additional to store discounts) off on groceries. I’m mostly introverted so I you would hardly know I’m there sometimes lol. I stay up late but I’m quiet so if you are someone who sleeps early I wouldn’t bother you. I don’t smoke or drink, I clean my space and shared spaces regularly and I don’t mind sharing some of my stuff if needed. I’m okay with small animals (cats, small dogs, birds, lizards, rabbit, etc…) if you are interested please DM me.
