I’m a quiet girl and keep to myself. I don’t smoke or do drugs, i currently have no pets (But have no problems with pets and am open if you have any and can help out with them when you’re not home - cuddles count too!) I don’t party but i do enjoy a social drink with friends or relax and unwind on the weekend with a glass of wine. I work from home so I’d be home frequently but enjoy getting outside on hikes or to the gym. I’m very clean, organized and respectful, very reliable and have good credit. Looking for a roommate who’s similar in some of these things (just wanting someone to get along with easily, no drama or issues paying bills etc) My daily routine is get up around 6:30am, work 8-4:30 (or longer) at home, then do errands/gym/online schooling. Usually relax watching netflix in late evenings and go to bed around 10-11pm. Weekends are similar but I go out more to visit friends or family, hike if its nice. I have a boyfriend who visits occasionally, hopefully that’s not an issue. I’m open to the same with you (and hey, the odd games night would be fun too!) Looking for a suite to share with one female. Prefer our own private bathrooms each if possible. I have furniture (65“ TV, couch, shelf) and stuff to equip a kitchen to share and a car so parking is needed. I’d love to find a space flexible for us to share but also carve out some space for ourselves (i need a space for my home office) A small house would be a dream since we’d have some outside space to enjoy too (summer nights outside around a little gas firepit- yes please!) I’m living with family at the moment and am looking for a place around April 1st (taking time to find the right space to rent along with a roomy that’s a looking for the same as myself) I prefer long term and have no problems signing a year lease. if you’re interested in anything i said or think we’d get along, shoot me a msg and let’s chat :)
