My name is Gideon Funk, I’m a 33 year old working professional looking for a private room to rent for $800/month including utilities and WiFi starting September 1st. I’m open to leasing for 3-6 months or longer in Victoria, Tofino, Ucluelet or Sidney, BC.

I’m an ideal tenant who always pays rent on time, keeps common spaces tidy, and maintains open communication with landlords. I work full-time remotely so I’m quiet and respectful of others. Non-smoker, no pets. Happy to provide references from past landlords.
