Hello, I’m Eryk and I am looking for roommates or a new living situation. I am 37 years old and I work downtown as a Criminal Investigator (Federal Law Enforcement). I spend my weekends and holidays in Washington state so I will only need the room Monday to Thursday night (I drive down Fridays). Previously, I served in the Canadian Armed Forces. I am 6 foot 3 inch’s tall, 220 lbs. and white(Polish-Canadian). Ideally, I would like to live walking distance to a Skytrain station. I am very neat and extremely considerate. I would like to get to know you but absolutely respect your space. I have experience living with groups of people in confined areas and I enjoy cleaning. My number 1 priority is living in a peaceful home (I am homebody/Introvert).
