Mary

My name is Mary. I’m originally from Russia, Saint Petersburg, but, currently, I live in Montenegro for the past 10 months; my studies in Canada begin at the beginning of January, so I’m looking for an apartment to rent and share with my friend.

My friends would describe me as responsible, polite, easy going and clean. I’m not into taking men to my house. In my free time, I like to spend my time outside, either alone or with others. In the morning I love doing sports, and I enjoy watching movies in the evening. I also like art activities, such as taking photos as an amateur photographer and drawing.

I am an interior designer, and my working schedule depends on a number of projects, but usually, my hours are pretty normal. I’m usually asleep by 12 and up around 9 on the weekends. I’m a social person, but I also need my alone time. I’m not much into partying or drugs. I like to keep common living spaces pretty clean. I do my dishes every day and put away my belongings when I get home from anywhere. I’m open to the idea of a cleaning schedule to keep things organized. 
I’m allergic to cats, so I can’t live with anyone that has a cat. However, I’m okay with living with dogs.

Our monthly budget is around $1000/person, preferably. I would like my own bedroom. I’m sometimes overwhelmed by loud noises and can’t stand cupboard doors being left open. With that said, I’m not going to get upset at you for making popcorn at night or watching your favourite TV show at a normal volume.

We are hoping to find somewhere to live in the North York part of Toronto because our campus is in this area and it would be very convenient for us to live there.
