We are very chill people who are just looking for a nice place to live. We are both very adaptable to our environment. We are coming out of a family with siblings so we are both used to living with other people and are happy to do our part. We are Looking to rent a room with an ensuite bathroom in Kitchener/Waterloo for September 2023. looking to rent for a year lease, I will need one parking space. Our budget is $750-$900/month inclusive. Happy to pay a few months upfront to lock in a place.
