Hello!, Nice to meet you, I’m from Chile and I’ll be moving to Canada, BC next year, along with my son. I am a very happy person, open minded, I care for my son and me, but as roomies you can also count with me.

We can be clean and tidy, but I can’t say we are quiet because I’ll be with my child and he tends to be loud, but we behave and I’ll obviously take responsability for anything that involve us. Also, I don’t do: drugs, parties, drinking of alcohol, nor smoking of any kind.

I would like to get to know you and for you to get to know us, and in the same hand, I’ll respect if you prefer not to share anything but the place, we can be respectful at each other and I’ll make sure that neither of us to bother you, as long as you feel comfortable.

Ideally, I will be working remotely (I work in IT), so I may need a good internet connection on location.

My son does not speak fluently neither in english nor spanish, so he won’t be talking to you like a neurotypical boy of his age, but he can still understand a lot and to communicate on his own way with his actions (we do NOT know any kind of sign language).

As we will be newcomers, we won’t have any kind of background as reference, like credit checks, but I have my bank accounts to demonstrate funds, and the amount I’m willing to spend on the room may vary (for the better) as soon as I get a job once there (I’ll be on a work permit basis).
