We are a young family looking for a suitable roommate. An ideal candidate would be a student, who is kind and respectful. We have an active but quiet household, so studying after school would be easy and you would left undisturbed.

The house is gorgeous, in good condition and is very close to Brock university and the PenCentre. The room itself comes with a private bathroom, a spacious closet and even a study nook! Along with beautiful views of the forest below, this room is an amazing opportunity and is in a prize place of the home.

After showing you the location, a small interview is needed as we have a small child in the home.
