I’m a 28 year old high school teacher who is clean and social. I will be returning to Toronto this summer after living in Australia for a year and am hoping to move in to a new place around September or October. Looking to team up with another female to rent a place in Midtown but I’m open to other areas as long as they are within a 15min drive to the DVP. Would love to have a living situation that is more of a friendship rather than just roommate relationship (as my previous places have been like this). I love to travel and spend time outdoors.

Some things I’m looking for in our new home:

• 2 bed/ 2 bath
• in unit washer/ dryer
• full kitchen with dishwasher
• parking as I have a car

Some things I’m looking for in a new roomie:

• similar age (female 25-35)
• clean and tidy
• respectful of personal space but social and open to building a friendship
• pet friendly (bonus if you already have a pet, but if not I’ve been wanting to get a cat for a while)
