Hello, My name is Amy.* I’m originally from Tokyo, Japan. I’ve been here for 3 years. I’m a web developer, work for marketing agency. I’m looking for a place to live downtown to commute (my office is located in Liberty Village)

Preference:

• Move-in on Feb 27
• My budget is $800-1100 (include utilities)
• Bachelor (studio) basement or upper level private room with bathroom
• Within 2km from office (Liberty Village) like Parkdale, High Park, Dufferin area, anywhere by TTC #29 bus or Lakeshore West GO

Qualification:

• Can provide you paystubs, credit card score, bank statement, landlord reference, employment letter
• No pet, no smoking. No parking needed
• Good behaviour (tidy, clean, quiet)
• Cook not so often (I don’t use spices for it)
• Have had no problem with landlords, have never late payment (reference can be provided)
• Won’t have parties
• Work at office 9am-5pm (or later) at least 4 days a week
• Go to the gym after work almost everyday (and take shower there)
• Go out or visiting my friend most of my weekends
• Use laundry only once a week
• Can provide you Bell Internet + basic TV plan ($125 worth)
• Can be your Japanese conversation practice partner or tutor for exam like JLPT (up to 20 hours per month: negotiable)
• Can create your website or help anything I can provide (teach you how to code or use apps, etc.: up to 20 hours per month: negotiable)
