Hi, I’m looking for a Pet/Dog- Friendly Unfurnished room in Toronto (uptown Yonge-Eglinton, Eglinton station) I’m already living in the area. So I’m looking for a unfurnished room or a second full time working person to apply for a 2 bedroom apartment in either of these buildings: 77 erskine ave, 177 Redpath ave, 245 Roehampton Ave. Which full rents round $2,550- $2,799 aprox (credit/rental history, job letter are some of the things required for rental application)

I’m a easy going person that is for the most part working, outside with my dog, & drinking espresso at home. I’m mostly a night owl so the chances our itineraries collide is minimal. I also have my own bed/room furniture so an unfurnished room is good for me.

I have a well trained 1 year old G.Shepherd mix pup named Kría. (Dog/human friendly) So I’m looking anything with access to a backyard or somewhere with a park nearby, or a room in the main/1st floor.

I work in both at home (editing), and on location (photoshoots), Kria is left with pet sitters when isn’t with me & never by himself. My dog is house/ noise trained & he doesn’t bark to random noises inside the house, ringbells, alarms, fireworks. If you’re curious you can see him in insta as KRIATHEHOWL.
