Looking for a roommate who I can vibe with in the downtown (Liberty Village, Parkdale, Queen West, Fort York, Ossington, Kensington etc) area. Also down for a beaches condo.

I sing & play guitar sometimes but otherwise I’m pretty quiet.

Boundaries & respect for spaces both shared and private is a must, as well as clear communication about it.

I wfh 2 days a week, & I’d want the master bedroom for the office space. I’m downtown 3 days a week. I have a car so I need a parking space too.

I’m social and an ambivert - not a fan of having lots of parties, but will have small groups over from time to time.

I’m 420/alcohol friendly, so expect to be around both quite often.

Will cook for u sometimes.

Also plan on having a cat when we move in (●’◡’●)
