Hi, i´m a 36 years old mexican male architect looking for a furnished room to rent in a condo or apartment in Toronto´s downtown or near it. I can move on June 30. I preferably look for a space close to College and Yongue street without carpets and pets because i´m allergic. I´m looking for a minimum period of 6 months with the option to extend to one year.

How am I? I´m polite, orderly and respectful. I like to keep my spacesclean. I also don´t smoke, i don´t use drugs and i only drink alcohol occasionally in a social way. In my free times i like to walk at the city, hang out with friends, read, doing exercise, cooking and watch movies.
