I’m LGBT (queer, assigned female at birth, non binary person) I cross stitch and want to learn embroidery and other crafts. I enjoy board games and sci fi. I’m currently working on my health and training in photography.

I’m a mature, quiet and clean person. Non smoker. No pets. Good credit rating. I have significant savings and regular income.

I have an adult child who won’t live with me. I’m great with kids. I used to do ece/early intervention. I also have experience with elderly folks. I’m fine with animals. But I don’t have any.

I could do extra chores or other personal services in lieu of or for reduced rent. I have my license but I don’t currently have a car.
