I am a 23 year old university dropout who backpacked South East Asia and Europe and is now working his childhood dream job. I studied two years of business at Okanagan College, and now for work I take care of ~80 classic and super cars. I work M-F 9-6, and most Saturdays from 11-4. I also occasionally travel for work to attend auctions/events therefore you will have the place to your self at times. I am ideally looking for a roomie who is either employed full-time or a working-student. I am open to a male or female who already has a decently modern place and is looking for a roommate or someone who has a reasonable budget in order to join me in finding a decently nice place. I am animal loving and open to cats or dogs as long as they are friendly, and don’t shed excessively. A private garage space would be ideal, but a safe underground parkade would be the minimum as I have the opportunity to drive some of the cars I work with and would require a secure place to park overnight. I am only looking for an individual roommate, but have no issue with bf/gf spending the night as long as they are respectful, help around the place, and it doesn’t become an every day thing. I am single, and a homebody. After work you will find me laying on the couch watching youtube, tiktok, or a mixture of the sorts. I enjoy my alone time, but also enjoy time spent getting to know someone. I hope to be able to chat about our day, enjoy a drink, a joint, or share hobbies with one another. On the weekends I enjoy going for drives, taking photos, skiing, at the racetrack, trying to find new music or most importunately watching Formula 1 when on. I rarely have friends over, and when I do it is a few drinks with one or two people. I am not much of a partier, and rarely go out to bars/clubs, but can be coerced at times. I do not drink often, but will enjoy the occasional beer or glass of wine. I do enjoy my vapes. I am not looking for someone who parties at home, drinks excessively, or does drugs. Occasional get togethers are fine, but just bring it up so we can chat about it first. I enjoy things being organized, but at times that can be an organized mess. I always clean up after myself and I expect common areas to be kept clean. I am a terrible cook, and have no desire to learn so my kitchen usage will be minimal. I am a picky eater, but willing to try anything once so I would not be opposed to sampling food if my roommate enjoys cooking/baking. I am a lover of music and cinema so I hope to be able to play music in common areas at times, and have no issue with my roommate doing the same as long as we are respectful of each-others schedules and tastes. I am hoping to be in either South Edmonton, Sherwood Park, Ardrossan, or St.Albert. Looking to rent long term. I am currently living back at home with my parents, and I am in no rush to move out. I am looking for the right person/place! Can’t wait to hear more about you if you thing we’d be good roommates!
