Hello! I’m looking for a room with females only in the place preferably. I’m flexible with lease agreement lengths, however I’m wanting to stay put in the next home I’m in for a few years ideally. I don’t have any pets, not looking to get one, but don’t mind living with pets as long as they’re quiet and well behaved. I also work nearly full-time between two jobs with different hours so typically gone during the daytime and evening. I’m very considerate and like open communication with anything so we don’t step on each others toes, I’m respectful with personal space, friendly and clean.
