Looking for a place from May 1st to October 3rd. Location is most important. I am looking for a place in Kanata Hi Tech area.
Non-smoker and cannot tolerate smoke. No-pets. Organized / Clean.
I cook my food and clean after myself. Don’t mind sharing bathroom as long as everyone’s considerate. I’d get my own mini-fridge if sharing a big fridge with roomies doesn’t work out. AC is a must (I keep my room temp ~22 C), I can bring my own portable unit. Let me know how that affects the bills. I have my own TV and I wouldn’t inconvenience others (Headphones are a thing).
