Hello, I am Bella. My 11-year-old cat, Hercules, and I are looking for rental properties near Seneca College (York Campus)/ York U . With the housing crisis upon us, it is becoming extremely difficult to find adequate housing options. So I figured there must be other people feeling the same way. If you are willing to share an apartment or if you have a room(s) for rent please reach out.

About Hercules: He is a mixed-breed cat who worked as a therapy cat for 10 years and now he is retired. He is very loving and caring, up to date on all vaccinations, and very well trained. (he attended training school for therapy animals and graduated with flying colours.

About me: I am 26, I am an artist and I have a little agency that I run to manage other artists. I am a graduate of mohawk college (2 times) and I was a student and also a Teaching Assistant at McMaster University but I got into Seneca so now I am house hunting.

We are both very adaptable and open-minded and accepting of all.

We do not drive so no need for parking and would like utilities included in the rent.
