Hello, my names Jones I’m a 29 yr old transman ( 6 yr on T, no operations yet) working professional Looking for a private or shared room temporary -to- yr long lease.

Work: I work doing freelance graphic design, digital artwork as well as traditional painting. auctions and galleries, and looking for even more work local to the place I can call home.

Would ideally like to move closer to family to help them out.

I can do direct deposit monthly with my fixed income.

Living style: I am very chill and laid back (tired), dry humor. Usually I keep to myself, however, friendly and social when others are. I love coffee, bikes, art, nature and animals. I work all the time, Don’t party, Don’t have guest over, I have no pets, don’t smoke cigarettes, use cannabis for medicinal purposes, (and I prefer to smoke outside myself, not wanting to smell of it. I don’t mind if other roomies smoke inside if allowed. I just don’t myself.)

Other roommates: I am fine with other roommates having pets , smoking, guest over, etc. Respective of volume and cleanliness is all I could ask
