Hi! I’m a professional in my mid thirties, looking for a room in the downtown area preferably close to a subway line. I am a freelance video editor and professional stand-up comedian, who works from home most days. Ideally I can find a place with a desk in the room.

I am kind, courteous and respectful of others and their spaces. I like to keep things tidy and am very good at cleaning up after myself (hate dishes being left out!).

Not a party person at all but occasionally do like to have 1 or 2 friends over for a quiet catch-up over dinner. Also love to socialize with house mates as much as they’re up for! Also very happy to just keep to myself and have my privacy.

Have never ever missed a rent payment my whole life. So you don’t have to worry about this with me!
