Furnishing: The room can come furnished or empty depending on your needs.

Parking: An outdoor parking lot spot is available for an extra monthly fee if you drive.

Pets: I have 2 friendly cats, so you must be pet-loving and comfortable living with animals! (No additional pets preferred due to building/space limits).

Rent: 1,000 if the room is furnished all utilities included
