Hello!

I’m looking to team up to find a great long-term home with an awesome human. It would be nice to start fresh and have equal input in our space. Budget of 1500 incl utilities for my portion.

Location could be from Mill Bay - Langford - Esquimalt. Most importantly I value quiet. I enjoy apartment living but prefer a very quiet building, preferably top floor.

I’m from Duncan and have lived in several different places in Victoria over the years. Ready to make a long-term commitment including furniture and all the good stuff. Hoping to find someone looking for something similar.

I’m a 4th-year electrician and have been working for the same company for 2+ years. I love my job!

I value peace, quiet, and cozy home space with all of the foodie indulgences. I enjoy playing some music and singing. I like house plants but only as far as is manageable and lean towards open spaces without clutter.

No gender preference. My hope is to find someone that has aligned views and is in a similar stage of life. My priority is stability, health and fitness as well as career and education development. Building and nurturing my friendships is important to me.
