Hi, my name is Nicole. I’m 23 years old. I’m looking for a short-term sublet from June to September.

I’ll be staying in Markham during this time to complete my clinic hours as an RMT student. My school is located in northeast Markham, and my clinic is near Victoria Park Ave and Meadowacres Dr (just north of Highway 401). Ideally, I’m hoping to find a place somewhere between these two locations for an easier commute.

It would be great if the place is close to public transit and grocery stores.

My budget is between $1,000–$1,1350 per month.
