Hello, very quiet clean and polite female looking for a safe calm space, this month or by June 1st. I’m a retired instructor, I used to coach badminton, teach fitness and specialized in canine and equine training up until a few years ago. I get along well with students even though I’m middle aged, as I ran outdoor portage trips for international students earlier in my career, I’m also a working artist with projects underway, so, the fact that I read, illustrate and write with a lot of my time makes roommates who are in studies compatible. I love animals so I dont mind if the home has pets. I am recovering from some plastic surgery on my hand last year so I rest a lot and keep mostly to myself. I have consistent income for all my bill payments so timely rent is no issue, however because Im in medical recovery Im in need of a space thats small/affordable.
