Hi. I’m a single mom of 3 year old currently on income support my monthly income is $2,300 a month. Just looking for a room to rent . I’ve currently been paying $1,100 a month including all bills for a 1 bedroom basement suite for the past 3 years. My landlord is now selling the house so I am due to relocate . I have a 3 year old daughter and prefer our own private washroom. Before I had my daughter I was self-employed with a cleaning company. I dont smoke or drink or have any animals but we love animals . Im clean and mostly not home during the day.
