Hello everyone, I am Raymond, a 23-year-old male international student. Currently, I’m a third-year student majoring in Economics at UVic. I have been living in Victoria for more than 6 months now and am looking for a bright room to rent starting September 2023, preferably with an 8-12 months lease. My budget for rent is currently around 700~900 CAD with utilities included. I’m a quiet and respectful individual from Malaysia. I don’t smoke, and I like to keep things neat and organized. Hygiene is essential to me, and I make sure to maintain a clean living space. During weekdays, I will mostly be on campus, and on weekends, I will be working part-time. When I’m at home, I’ll probably be studying/watching movies in my room or preparing my meals in the kitchen. I intend to spend a significant amount of time here, so it would be ideal if I could make friends with my roommate(s).
