hiiii! i’m katelyn. im 20 years old, I currently work 2 jobs with full-time school and volunteering all downtown so looking for a place in the heart of downtown! I have 2 female cats , Willow and Aurora. So id be looking for a roommate without animals! and a roommate who’d okay with that (they’re super sweet!). I’m fully responsible for their care, but I do need someone who will respect their safety like they’re your own pets.

I currently go to UofT for pre med but also tattoo and sing/make music. I am in school but looking for a place year round as well as a roommate year round and no subletting.

I do love a clean space but I don’t mind when things fall behind. My life is really hectic and packed so I understand and would love my roommate to understand as well as long as common spaces are mainly clean.

Prior to moving in or finding somewhere together I would love to chat or even go out and grab a coffee beforehand just so we can see if we mesh well and the vibe is good!
