hiiii! i’m katelyn. im 20 years old, I currently work 3 jobs with full-time school and volunteering all downtown so looking for a place in the heart of downtown! I have 2 female cats , Willow and Aurora. (so id be looking for a roommate without animals!) so you must be okay with living with them (they’re super sweet!). I’m fully responsible for their care, but I do need someone who will respect their safety like they’re your own pets.

Im quite busy but plan to leave one job after moving as rent would be way less than what I pay now. I am an extrovert and introvert ( depends on the day lol). I currently go to UofT for pre med but also tattoo and sing/make music. as well i’m trying tot start up a company. I am in school but looking for a place year round as well as a roommate year round and no subletting.

I listen to mainly pop, country and rap with these being my favourite artist in each category 1. Tate Mcare 2. Tucker wet more 3. Lil baby

I do love a clean space but I don’t mind when things fall behind. My life is really hectic and packed so I understand and would love my roommate to understand as well as long as common spaces are mainly clean.

Id love my roommate to be my best friend, my ride or die as I don’t have a best friend just friends and classmates right now. I love cooking and can definitely make us meals or dinners together.

Prior to moving in or finding somewhere together I would love to chat or even go out and grab a coffee beforehand just so we can see if we mesh well and the vibe is good!
