Hello!

I am a fully employed landscaper. I am also pursuing studies in Horticulture to gain my Red Seal. I am looking into both 1 and 2 bedroom rental options anywhere between Qualicum Beach to Nanaimo.

I have full furniture, kitchen, tv, appliance, etc. so I am unfortunately not looking to rent a room in someone’s house.

I am looking to rent a 2-3 bedroom house or basement suite and find a roommate to share the space with me.

I have a beautiful, well behaved siberian husky. He gets along amazingly with all dogs, but sorry no cats.

I enjoy hiking, camping, gardening, cooking, cleaning, reading, and spending time adventuring around this beautiful island.

I don’t smoke weed (rarely), but I don’t care if you do as long as it’s outside. I do smoke cigarettes but am already working on quitting in the very near future. I do drink but do not wish to live in a party house or with someone who abuses alcohol.

Overall I am looking for a female roommate that is tidy (in common spaces), respectful, full-time employment, easy to get along with, open to communication about agreed upon house rules, expectations, and division of chores. I am by nature a very tidy person and have had no issues with roommate situations in the past.

I do have friends and a boyfriend and would like respectful visits in my future home to be acceptable to both parties. But within reason as having our privacy and quiet time without people always visiting is essential to me personally.

I will be posting an ad on here for a room rental for July 1st (possibly July 15th if I need time to move in first). I just wanted to put myself out there now in case anyone is looking for the exact situation I am.
