I am a Filipina woman looking to find a place to stay for a year or more. I’m easy going, friendly, caring, smart, and organized. I find cleaning therapeutic but would expect we would be respectful to each other and our shared space. I have a senior cat who is very sweet and affectionate and well taken care of. I clean up after him every day, throughout the day, etc. I am generally quiet and independent. I wouldn’t be having guests over or hosting parties. I’m already in a relationship and my partner might visit occasionally, but once a week if anything. I have a steady corporate job and I’m a published author and poet. I would be an easy roommate that you’d get along with.
