Hi, I’m a second year university student looking for a room to rent starting this summer. I spend most of my time at work, gym or studying. I’m not really a party person I prefer more small get togethers on occasion. Big fan of animals but I do not own any. I am also not a smoker but I do not mind it. I’m currently moving out of my family home to live here for school. I’m looking for more of a long term thing since I would be staying all year round ideally.
