Hi! I’m a clean, friendly, and respectful roommate looking to share a comfortable and peaceful living space. I work full-time (9–5, Monday to Friday) as a professional, so I will only be home in the evening and on weekends. I’m easygoing, considerate of others’ space and privacy, and always happy to contribute to a harmonious household and have fun with the roommate together.
My goal is to find a 2b2b apartment near a skytrain station. My move-in date is flexible because my current lease is month-to-month, but would prefer to move after one to two months after starting to search for apartments. I also have some furniture and utensils for the living room, so an unfurnished apartment is not a problem. My budget is flexible; I could add a few hundred more to it, but the idea is to have a master bedroom in a 3k-ish apartment.
I’m looking for a responsible and respectful roommate who values a quiet and peaceful home, especially during late-night hours. I’m totally okay with pets, occasional drinking, and pretty much everything. The only things I’d like my roommate not to have are smoking and partying in the apartment.
