Hi, my name is Steve (Slava). I’m originally from Ukraine and lived in Poland for several years before moving to Canada. I’m a quiet, clean, respectful and responsible person looking for a room in Nanaimo.

I work full-time in auto detailing at a Ford/Lincoln dealership. I don’t smoke, don’t drink, and I like to keep my space clean and calm. I’m friendly, easy-going, and respectful of other people’s privacy.

I have a well-behaved dog. She is important to me, so I’m looking for a pet-friendly place where she would be accepted. She would not be left home alone while I’m at work — she will attend dog daycare during my working hours.

I’m happy to discuss any house rules about the dog and make sure everything is comfortable for the household. I can also provide references from work and from my previous place of residence if needed.

I’m looking for a stable, peaceful place to live and would be happy to come for a viewing.
