I am a quiet, clean female, who pays my bills on time. I have a well mannered indoor cat. I have all my own furnishing but can put stuff in storage. I am open to move where there is a good place to rent not just the one listed. I am very handy (I worked as a renovator) and can do odd jobs. Looking for a change and am very opened minded as to how that comes about.
