Hi, I’m Alex :) I’m a quiet person who enjoys relaxing when at home after work by watching TV and doing a little cooking (actually mainly eating take out– I work a lot). I’m a fastidious person in general and I like to keep my residence area clean(especially shared spaces). I’m also more of a ‘night person’, so when work allows for this, I tend to stay up late– but again, I’m still quiet. I don’t smoke, nor have pets, and that said, I cannot live with someone who smokes at all (including vaping) and I unfortunately can’t handle pets (like cats and dogs–allergy/health thing). I work on Hamilton mountain, so anywhere in that area including lower downtown Hamilton areas would be a preferred location. I also drive though, so a minor commute (≤30min) is perfectly fine–also if either a parking space or nearby all-day free parking could accompany the place, that’d be great. I don’t require a place to live immediately as I’m kind of locked in to a rental agreement till the new year (2027), but I’m hoping to move somewhere that doesn’t break the bank just to live comfortably. I’m very interested in meeting a compatible roommate and working together to find a great/affordable place to live. :)
