My name is Sabiha, and I recently graduated from UBC in Vancouver, pursuing my passion biomedical engineering. I’ve just moved to Halifax to start my career as an R&D engineer, and I couldn’t be more excited about this new chapter in my life.

I’m currently on the lookout for a cozy room to call my own, and your place looks like the perfect match for what I’m seeking. I’ll be needing the room starting from September 1st.

A little about me: I take pride in being a clean and respectful individual, and I’d be more than happy to provide character references and proof of employment to assure you of my reliability. As an R&D engineer, I tend to be focused and driven, but I also value a harmonious and friendly living environment.

One thing you’ll notice about me is that I’m a nature lover. Exploring new outdoor spots, hiking, and enjoying the beauty of Halifax’s landscapes are some of my favorite pastimes. Although I’m outgoing and enjoy socializing, I also appreciate having quiet moments to myself.

Another essential aspect to mention is that I have no issues with others having pets. I find furry companions to be wonderful additions to any household and would be delighted to live with roommates who have pets.

Regarding the budget, my all-inclusive budget is $1000. This includes rent and any other expenses related to the room.

Additionally, I’m open to the idea of having 2-3 roommates. Living in a shared space with like-minded individuals sounds like a great way to create a warm and friendly atmosphere.
