Hey! I’m James, 35, Kiwi/Canadian, and moving back to Vancouver after a few months in NZ catching up with friends and family (after 2+ years living in Van).

I work in a hotel downtown and have a pretty active lifestyle — big into skiing, hiking, beach evenings, and generally getting out to explore everything Vancouver has to offer. I’ve already got a solid social circle in the city, plus family I catch up with regularly, so I’m not looking for a party house — more a relaxed, friendly home vibe.

I’m tidy, respectful of shared spaces, and easy to live with. I enjoy being social but also appreciate downtime and a chilled home environment.

I’m moving back on April 11th — work has asked me to return a bit earlier than expected, which means I’m unable to move back into my previous flat. So I’m on the lookout at short notice, ideally for something from around April 15th. I’m open to both sublets and longer-term option.
