Hey! I’m James, 35, Kiwi/Canadian, and moving back to Vancouver after a few months in NZ catching up with friends and family (after 2+ years living in Van).

I work in a hotel downtown and have a pretty active lifestyle — big into skiing, hiking, beach evenings, and generally getting out to explore everything Vancouver has to offer. I’ve already got a solid social circle in the city, plus family I catch up with regularly, so I’m not looking for a party house — more a relaxed, friendly home vibe.

I’m tidy, respectful of shared spaces, and easy to live with. I enjoy being social but also appreciate downtime and a chilled home environment.

I am currently looking for a sublet to take me through the summer months. If you have anything available get in touch. I will then most likely move back to New Zealand in October.
