I am a fourth year nursing student at the University of Calgary, and am looking for a furnished room to rent for the months of September through December in either Strathmore or Calgary for the final term of my degree.

I am exceptionally clean and easy to live with and I am reliable and accountable for rent. I own a property in BC and have been a respectful tenant for many years. I have financial resources so rent is not a concern.

In my spare time (which there will be very little of this fall) I will be found at the gym, jogging in nose hill park, cooking or listening to podcasts in my bedroom. If you think I sound like a good fit for your space, please send me a message!
