Hey, I’m Dawn and I’m looking for a 4 month rental; Central Furnished Private Room (for 1 Semester) with easy access to public transit.

I always pay my rent on-time. I have stable income & I have good credit.

Background: Raised in Ottawa; half Lebanese & half mutt. I attended Dalhousie University for BSc in Neuroscience&Psychology 2019-2022 in Halifax, NS. & I just got back from travelling across Canada (West Coast).

About me: I am a dancer, artist, writer, musician, counsellor & teacher. I am in school for TEFL; hybrid-learning part-time and work part-time remotely/online. I am queer and I enjoy being outdoors in nature and going to Cafés.

Me as a Roommate: I like things to be neat and tidy. I am communicative/straight forward. I like to meet new people and chat, but I also need my beauty sleep. I’m looking for a place to build a stable routine while studying teaching and creative arts before embarking on my working-holiday to Spain in January 2024.

What I am looking for: Move-in: ASAP or Sept 1- Dec 31st 2023 Budget: <$800/month all-in (do not need parking) Lease: month-to-month (4 months AKA 1 semester) or comfortable with me subletting Apartment: Furnished Ideally, good energy from roomies, good light/bright Location: good bus routes to where I need to go (near downtown preferred)
