Hello, my name is Kay Heather, I am 25 years old, young and quite capable, I’m well read and literate, educated on a variety of subjects, so if you’re also a student or studying anything at all, I can help with your comprehension or homework hahaha, I’m also very handy around the house, from spotless cleaning and chores, to handyman fixes to renovations to DIY projects…I don’t drink or party or do drugs, or do I ever plan on having random men or a lot of people coming and going or staying over….I don’t have any children or pets and I am tidy, organized, want, near, quiet and I keep to myself, and like to go out with friends during the day a lot, so I wouldn’t be home a lot, I am also looking to go back to school soon, so I’d be gone most mornings as well, and going to bed early every night, I don’t like coming home late. I’m very easygoing and polite and if you’re respectful to me, I’m respectful to you kinda thing. I believe in strict personal hygiene as well, and am a wonderful cook and love sharing, plus if you need a friend, I’m really good at that too. Im protective of my home, and the people who help me pay the bills as well as, I’ve never been late on rent, I’m usually early and never short on it either. I’m single, so no boyfriend coming over or heavy foot traffic, and I’m straight, in case you’re wondering. Let’s move in together guys, it’ll be great!
