I’m a digital nomad that works on video game art / development and AI training and associated technology, while producing EDM as a hobby. I’m quiet (headphones on) and clean (can’t think or create in an untidy space), but I never turn down a chat with a roommate and if you are in the city on your own, I’ll make it a point to periodically check if my roommate/s is/are ok when out and about, if asked to do so and told it is OK (you need to have some point of contact that can and will respond if the need or bump-in-the-road arises, I come hard-wired that way). I go out to sit and work at coffee shops or libraries from time to time and also attend weekly workshops at art studios for sculpting. My setup for work is considered substantial and takes up a bit of space, so a heads-up if there is anything to note from your side on this. Otherwise I am categorically easy-going and am hard to annoy. Chores and tasks all ok, irrespective of what it is (I have travelled all over the world, worked with many different kinds of people and so unlikely to encounter anything new in this respect).
