Hi everyone! I’m looking for a furnished private room or small room in Toronto, preferably Downtown or somewhere with easy TTC access.

About me: I’m 28, Brazilian, work two jobs, and I’m quiet, clean, respectful and LGBTQ+ friendly. I’m looking for a comfortable, drama-free place to call home.

Ideally: • Furnished • Private bedroom • Downtown / central Toronto preferred • Budget around $1,300/month • Utilities included if possible • Move-in ASAP or September 1

I do not currently have a guarantor available, so I’m looking for landlords or roommates who are comfortable assessing me based on my current employment and income instead.

I can provide: • Employment letters from both employers • Recent pay stub • Recent bank statement • Rental references • First and last month’s rent
