Hello everyone. I am seeking a private master bedroom with private washroom if possible suitable for myself and my boyfriend. We’re both working adults and almost not in the house everyday due to busy schedule. Additionally, we have a male cat. He is very quiet and shy and likes to stay in the room. We’re hoping to find accommodation priced within the range of $900 to $1000 for a couple, inclusive of utilities such as WiFi, laundry, hydro, heating, and furnished amenities. This budget aligns with our financial constraints. As for why we’d be great housemates, we’re both responsible and meticulous about our belongings. Additionally, we value respect, cleanliness and maintain a friendly demeanor.
