Hi All,

I’m Martin Cote, a 47-year-old French Canadian currently residing at the Queens Hotel for the past five months. I’ve had the privilege of staying here temporarily while working as a Project Manager for an esteemed company called WhiteWater West in Richmond. My role involves constructing water parks across the globe.

I will be departing Vancouver and returning to Montreal by the end of June. Therefore, I am seeking to rent the room starting either from r April 1st until June 29th. Would that something you would be willing to accommodate?

I would appreciate the opportunity to visit the premises during the week or week-end. If necessary, the manager of the Queens Hotel is available to provide a reference either through a call or a written letter. I have maintained an exemplary tenancy during my stay here.
