Quite, clean, respectful 32 year old male looking for a roommate to join me in my currently rented 2 bedroom suite. Rent is 600+ half of internet and power (~100$ a month). I have a cat, so if you are not into cats I am sorry! Absolutely no tobacco or vapes, I have quite nicotine for 5 years now and cannot tolerate it. Weed is fine, just use it outside please. Alcohol is fine in moderate amounts, but I am an alcoholic in recovery so hard liquor, empties laying around, and parties are a no go. Unit is small, but easy to clean, and cheap to heat in the winter. There is a very large amount of storage space available. Your room will not be furnished, but the rest of the house is - I would be willing to furnish it, but at an increased rate. My only conditions other than what is above; be clean, organized, and respectful of my stuff, I will do the same. Available November 1st.
