I’m a friendly, kind female who’s working part-time as a medic in Perth. I have a full-time apt. elsewhere so would only be in the room part-time. I do shift work so would need a quiet location with easygoing roommates. I need a parking space and preferably utilities included, since I won’t even be there a lot of the time. I’m seeking a place starting November or early December that goes month-to-month or at most a 6-month lease.
