I am a fairly introverted individual looking for somewhere where I can feel safe enough to create freely. I have PTSD and have experienced several nightmare-ish roommate situations in the past, so now I am understandably a bit hesitant to trust right off the bat. But I’m willing to give it a chance again, as I found living alone long-term difficult on me mentally and emotionally. I am Myers-Briggs type INFP, if that helps anyone at all in understanding my personality. I am big on cleanliness, mutual respect, healthy boundaries, communication, and I CANNOT stand clutter. While I love and appreciate them in small doses, I do not want to live with any dogs or cats again as a.) I have mild allergies to cats and b.) from past experience, I’ve learned that living with dogs can be triggering for my PTSD. I love music, yoga, dancing, reading, writing, and almost any outdoor activities where I can be active. For the most part, I am fairly independent and would like to keep to myself, although I would definitely love and appreciate some mutual sharing of household responsibilities (having it all fall on me was one of the greatest challenges I found while living alone).
