Hello my name is Moe and I am looking for a room to rent in the downtown area. I am a quite 30 yr male, with references, full time job and good credit rating. Male or female is ok with me. Preferably no pets & no too much partying. I would like to have my own bathroom. I would like to share a place with only one other person. I mostly work night shifts so I work at night and sleep during the day. If you’re also looking for a Roomate we could look for a 2 bed 2 bath place together.
