I am currently looking for a spare room to rent. work a lot it includes remotely, which i require an internet connection. I am extremely well organized, I consider myself borderline ocd.. I prefer living in a clean environment and i’ll often clean more than what’s expected and/or required of me. I’ve recently gone through a separation that was approaching 10 years. Although grief hurts, I’m focusing on the future and a fresh chapter in my life. I’m embracing it no matter what it takes or leads me. I believe that I would only require accommodation for a couple of month at this point in time, although I would be open to extending the tenancy based on the experience I’ve had thus far. I don’t drink alcohol or do drugs. My experimental days were quick and brief in my 20’s that proved to me that they were not for me, nor did I like any of the effects produced. Instead, I completed my college diploma in Network Administration and started my career in the I.T. field. I currently make more than enough income to cover my portion of the bills and I have no worries financially. If chosen as a potential candidate, I would also like to state that my work allows me to work from home a couple days a week if I so choose, so that in my down time I can complete errands and prepare dinner for my new roommates and myself.
