Newly separated/divorced and having left the previous rental on excellent standing, I’m now looking for somewhere new to call home.

Some things about me:

• Been working in my profession for two decades so you can rest assured that I’ll be able to pay rent and on time. I work afternoon shift for most the year, switching to dayshift in the summertime and over winter break. As a bonus, I’d happily take on regular bathroom cleaning duties!

• I’m a jack of all trades and have experience in renos, vehicle repairs, home system diagnosis and repair, extensive computer and understanding of most consumer technology, etc. More than capable and willing to take on tasks that aren’t usually expected of a typical tenant/roommate, within reason.

• I’m interested and curious about most everything in life, but my current main funsies are motocamping/ADV on my KTM 500, homebrewing (beer and spirits), welding projects, catching up on my Steam backlog and spending more time with family.

• I’m chill about pretty much everything so long as nobody is getting hurt or anything is getting destroyed. Got pets? Great! Like smoking? Light ‘er up. Like making noise into the wee hours of the morning? I’m up anyways and likely wouldn’t care even if I wasn’t. I’m easy!

• I’m a quiet, clean and conscientious roomie who will respect your space and belongings and help you with things that might pop up.

As for the kind of place I’m looking for; so long as I have an area for my computer desk and setup as well as at least a small garage/shop for me to keep my tools and motorcycle, then I’d be totally fine with a cot in a closet to sleep on. (Though an actual bed in a room of some sort would still be ideal) For me, a home is somewhere to live and do the things you want to in it. I don’t need anything fancy.
